Hit or Flop? ABD predicts Virat Kohli's total runs in Indian T20 League 2022

AB de Villiers may no longer be a part of the Indian T20 League but his heart is still with the Bangalore team. His run with the franchise was great as he played with them for over a decade. He developed a great bond with the former team captain, Virat Kohli. Both helped the team win many matches together and had some memorable partnerships. And now, De Villiers has predicted how many runs Virat Kohli can score in the 2022 season.

The former Bangalore player predicted that Virat Kohli will have a great season this time and will score over 600 runs. Notably, Virat had a good start to the tournament with the bat. He scored 41 runs from 29 balls. He hit one four and two sixes in the innings against Punjab.

UVSports quoted AB de Villiers saying, "I am expecting a very good season from Virat Kohli, around 600 runs from Virat in IPL 2022". Later on, CricTracker posted the quote in their tweet and De Villiers confirmed his prediction by replying to their tweet.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli also had a message for his former teammate. Virat said that he will miss AB de Villiers if Bangalore win the title this year.  Bangalore began its ITL 2022 campaign on a losing note. They lost the game against Punjab by five wickets as they failed to defend 205. They have a good batting lineup that is doing its part. All they need to do now is work on their bowling, which has been pretty ordinary in last few seasons.
