India is all set to take on England in the rescheduled fifth Test match, starting 1st July 2022.  Following a Covid-19 scare in the visitor's camp last year, the fifth Test match of India's tour of England was delayed. The two sides will square off in the final Test match from July 1st to 5th. India currently lead the five-match Test series 2-1.

Under the leadership of Rohit Sharma, the Indian team will look to win the match and claim the series. If they manage to do so, this will be India's first Test series win in England. However, the home team will not make it easy for India. They are currently in great form after wins in the first two Test matches against New Zealand. India has also lost KL Rahul, who was crucial for the team last time around, due to a groin injury.

The two teams have gone through a lot of changes since their last encounter. Both have seen a shift in their management for the final Test match. Rohit Sharma has been appointed as the captain after Virat Kohli stepped down from the position, while Rahul Dravid is the new head coach. On the other hand, Ben Stokes is England's new captain, and Brendon McCullum is the new head coach.
