Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is known for his amazing presence of mind both on and off the field, be it during the matches and in the press conferences. A similar incident happened on the third day of the ongoing fourth Test of the five-match series against England. It all happened when the young Indian batter Sarfaraz Khan, who made his debut in the last Test, was fielding at a silly point.

There came a moment when Sarfaraz was about to stand on the silly point without a helmet; Indian skipper Rohit Sharma didn’t look happy with this approach from Sarfaraz and the former immediately came up in a scolding mode to ask Sarfaraz to wear the helmet.

“Aye bhai helmet pehen, hero nahi banne ka (Heyy bro, wear the helmet, don’t act like a hero)” Rohit was caught saying by stump mic when he was advising Sarfaraz Khan.

Here’s a look at the video of Rohit Sharma advising Sarfaraz Khan:

Speaking of the action of the match at the end of the third day’s play in the Ranchi Test, India had scored 40 runs for no loss in 8 overs as they had started their run-chase of the target of 192 runs in the fourth innings of the game. The opening pair of skipper Rohit Sharma and young batter Yashasvi Jaiswal were unbeaten there in the middle at individual scores of 24 and 16 runs, respectively.

Earlier on the third day, England were bundled out just at the score of 145 runs in their second innings in the third session of the day. The veteran Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin claimed a five-wicket haul, picking 5 wickets just at the cost of 51 runs in 15.5 overs. Besides him, Kuldeep Yadav also picked 4 wickets, alongside one wicket bagged by Ravindra Jadeja. India now require 152 runs with 10 wickets remaining.
