Young Indian batting sensation Yashasvi Jaiswal has left everyone awestruck with his outstanding batting performances in the ongoing five-match Test series against England. The young batter has smashed two double centuries so far in the three matches of the series. His mind-blowing knock of 214 runs played a pivotal role in India’s massive 434-run win over the visitors in the Rajkot Test.

Meanwhile, the England ODI skipper and Jaiswal’s Rajasthan Royals teammate in the Indian Premier League, Jos Buttler also lauded the youngster for his amazing and unbelievable batting form in the current Test series against England.

“Shame he’s doing it against England but very hard not to be so happy for Yashasvi Jaiswal getting everything he deserves from his talent, hunger and work ethic. What a star,” wrote Buttler in his Instagram story.

Talking about the action of the game in the Rajkot Test, India completely outmuscled the visitors and won the match by a mammoth margin of 434 runs to gain a lead of 2-1 in the five-match series. India bundled out England just at the score of 122 runs when they were chasing the massive target of 557 runs.

Star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja scalped a brilliant five-wicket haul, claiming 5 wickets just at the cost of 41 runs in 12.4 overs, including 4 maiden overs. Besides him, wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav also claimed two wickets, alongside one wicket each bagged by Jasprit Bumrah and Ravichandran Ashwin.

Earlier in the second innings, India posted a big total of 430 runs for the loss of 4 wickets before declaring the innings. Apart from Jaiswal’s double century, Shubman Gill and Sarfaraz Khan also played the crucial knocks of 91 and 68 runs, respectively.
