Gujarat and Rajasthan will compete in the final of the Indian T20 League 2022. Both teams would want to lift the trophy. The grand finale will be played in front of the massive crowd of the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on the 29th of May. Gujarat

The Hardik Pandya-led team have had a fantastic run in their debut season. Not many expected the team to go all the way, but they have defied all the odds and have done exceedingly well. All of their players have contributed to the team's success this season, and would like to do it again in the final game. Gujarat defeated Rajasthan in the first qualifier, giving them a significant boost.

In front of their home crowd in Ahmedabad for the first time, Gujarat will not make any alterations to their playing lineup. They would like to keep their winning combination from the previous game. The team would want to make the most out of this game.

Players to watch out for

David Miller- David Miller has already guided the team to a win on a few occasions this season. He also looked very good in the last encounter. So far, Miller has scored 449 runs at an average of 64.14. His strike rate of 141 has also been decent.

Hardik Pandya- Along with Miller, Pandya also looked in great touch during the last game. He played a captain's knock and helped the team win the match. In this season, Pandya has scored 453 runs in 14 games. He is their highest run-scorer this season as well.

On the backs of some great performances, Rajasthan have looked in great shape throughout the season. To get to the final, they defeated Bangalore by seven wickets in a dominating contest. The men in pink would want to produce a similar performance in the game that matters the most.

This season, the Sanju Samson-led team have witnessed contributions from all of their players. In the final game against Gujarat, they would not want to make any changes to their playing XI. They would expect the same players to give another match-winning performance for the team.

Players to watch out for

Jos Buttler- Joss Buttler has bossed the season with his incredible batting. He has scored 824 runs at an average of 58.85 in 16 matches this season. He also has four centuries and four half-centuries to his name this season.

Shimron Hetmyer- Shimron Hetmyer has also been an absolute match-winner for Rajasthan this season. He has played the role of finisher to perfection, and has scored 303 runs at an average of 50.5 in 14 games. His strike rate of 157.81 has also been excellent this season.
