The second game of the first double-header of the 2022 season will be played between Punjab and Bangalore. Both teams will start their campaign in the 15th season at the D.Y. Patil Stadium. Both teams are coming off contrasting performances in the last season. Punjab finished sixth in the points table with six wins and eight losses in 14 games.
On the other hand, Bangalore finished third in the points table with nine wins and five losses in 14 games.
