Delhi Capitals had a brilliant first half of the Indian Premier League and won six of their eight games. They took a bold decision and stuck to Rishabh Pant as the skipper despite Shreyas Iyer's return. The team boasts of match winners like Shikhar Dhawan, Prithvi Shaw, the skipper himself and with Iyer back, the lineup look even more daunting. The conditions in UAE will be favourable for spin bowling and in Ravi Ashwin and Axar Patel, they have two genuine wicket-takers. With Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje as two pacers, DC look a very good all-round team.

SRH had a miserable outing in the first leg and lost six of their seven games. They sacked David Warner and named Kane Williamson as the skipper midway through the tournament. Also, they'll be without Jonny Bairstow, who won’t be available for the second leg. SRH have to sort out their combination. It will be interesting to see whether they go back to Warner or stick with Mohammad Nabi and Jason Holder as the other two overseas players, Rashid and Williamson will obviously play. Both Nabi and Holder are decent batters down the order in addition to their brilliant skills with the ball.

Moreover, Warner has not played a lot of cricket in the build-up to the second leg. However, one thing that works in favour of SRH is the conditions in UAE. The likes of Rashid Khan, T Natarajan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar will be very threatening in these conditions. They’ll test the DC batting for sure.

Pitch Report

The surface in Dubai will be good for batting in the first half, with the wicket getting slower as the match progresses. The team that wins the toss should definitely bat first.

Delhi Capitals Probable XI: Prithvi Shaw, Shikhar Dhawan, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant (c&wk), Marcus Stoinis, Shimron Hetmyer, Axar Patel/Amit Mishra, R Ashwin, Anrich Nortje, Kagiso Rabada, Avesh Khan

Sunrisers Hyderabad Probable XI: David Warner, Wriddhiman Saha (wk), Kane Williamson (c), Manish Pandey, Vijay Shankar, Abdul Samad, Jason Holder/Mohamad Nabi, Rashid Khan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Sandeep Sharma, T Natarajan/Khaleel Ahmed

Key Players

Shikhar Dhawan - Dhawan has a point to prove after being left out of the India squad for the T20 World Cup. The southpaw was in staggering form in the first leg and led the chats of most runs with 380 runs in eight games. He’ll be keen to carry on from where he left.

Rashid Khan - The conditions in UAE are just ideal for Rashid Khan. His four overs will be most crucial for the SRH. Rashid so far has picked 10 wickets in seven games and is expected to pick a lot more in UAE.
