Former Indian team captain, Virat Kohli, has been enduring a rough patch in his cricketing cricket for a while now. His poor form continues in the ongoing Indian T20 League 2022 as well. The star batter has not had much of an impact with the bat this season.

The 33-year-old has scored 186 runs in 10 matches at an average of 20.67. His strike rate of 116.25 has not been impressive either. In Bangalore's most recent game against Gujarat, Virat did score 58 runs, but that came in 53 balls.

Meanwhile, Delhi's David Warner had some advice for the veteran cricketer to overcome his poor form. Warner advised Virat Kohli to have a couple more kids and enjoy life. The greatest of players lose their form, but their class remains, Warner said on a more serious note.

"Have a couple more Kids and Enjoy Love! The form is temporary and Class is permanent so you don’t lose that. It happens to every single player in the world," Warner said in a meet and greet session hosted by Sushant Mehta, the Sports Yaari founder.

Adding to it, he further said that there are always ups and downs and that the downs may sometimes stay for a while. He then asked Virat to stick to his basics. "It doesn’t matter how good a player you are, you’re always going to have these ebbs and flows. Sometimes the ebb is a long way before you get back up there. Stick to the basics," he said.

David Warner, on the other hand, has shown great form in the Indian T20 League 2022. Turning up for Delhi, Warner has scored 264 runs at an average of 44 in seven matches this season, including three half-centuries. He has scored runs at a strike rate of 156.21.

Meanwhile, the Bangalore team has not been at its best this season. They've played ten games and won only five of them. They stand sixth on the points table. Delhi also has had a similar season. They stand seventh on the points table with four wins in nine games.
