'It's too good'- Fans set Twitter ablaze as Chennai unveil new jersey

The defending champions, Chennai, have unveiled their new jersey for the 2022 season of the Indian T20 League. The team continues to don the yellow and blue with their classic Lion emblem in the front. They also have continued to sport the army stripe on the shoulder that they introduced last season.

The colour yellow, which represents freshness, happiness, positivism, and youth corresponds to the squad at their disposal in the Chennai camp.

The Chennai team took to their official Twitter handle to reveal the new look with the famous 'whistle podu' song playing in the background. They also announced their partnership with TVS Eurogrip. Meanwhile, Chennai have completed their training camp in Surat and have reached Mumbai to play in the season opener. They will be playing at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai against Kolkata in the first match. The MS Dhoni-led team looks like a good contender to win their fifth title this season.

The fans had a great reaction to the new jersey for the 2022 season. "send me one with Thala's sign on it," a fan hilariously wrote.
