RRR's "Naatu Naatu" became the most talked-about topic in the country after winning the prestigious Oscar for "Best Original Song" on Sunday night. The cricketing world praised RRR for conquering the movie universe and going on to achieve the pinnacle glory in showbiz, while reactions to the significant milestone flooded in from all directions. Several Indian T20 League (ITL) franchises and a few cricketing figures joined the conversation on Twitter.

Cricketer turned commentator Dinesh Karthik took to his official Twitter handle and celebrated India winning two awards at the Oscars 2023. He wrote, "Two Oscars for INDIA. WOHOOOOOOO. The Elephant Whisperers won the Oscar for the best documentary short film in the meantime. Many Indian cricket teams and players celebrated these historic victories by praising and adoring the champions. The fact that RRR went on to become a worldwide sensation after its 2022 premiere and that "Naatu Naatu" won the prestigious "Best Original Song" award for the first time in India's history is noteworthy.
