Delhi Capitals opening batter, Prithvi Shaw has made his comeback in the playing XI for the ongoing game against Punjab Kings. He played the first six games for the team. Out of them, the team only won one. On the other hand, Shaw could only manage to get 47 runs in these games with the highest score of 15. Ahead of the game against Sunrisers Hyderabad, the right-hander was replaced by Phil Salt.

Since then, the England international, Salt played some good innings and won a few games too. However, now, with the team ruled out of the playoff race, the team decided to bring back Shaw. The former India U19 skipper replaced leg-spinner Praveen Dubey in the side. Meanwhile, the fans weren't expecting to see him back in the fold. They are divided on whether he should have played or not.

Prithvi Shaw is repaying the team's faith so far

On the other hand, Warner was caught at mid-off by Shikhar Dhawan, who ran in from covers in the 11th over.

At the time of writing, Rilee Rossouw is batting alongside and the team has amassed 108/1 in 12 overs. They were asked to bat first after Punjab Kings won the toss and elected to bowl first.
