'Know Your Level'- Loyal Chennai fans defend their team as Punjab takes a dig at them

A day after the match, Punjab took it to Twitter to mock Chennai. The loyal Chennai fans were at their team's rescue and trolled them.

Punjab beat Chennai by 54 runs in the 11th match of the Indian T20 League. Chennai failed to register their first win of the season yet again. Liam Livingstone had a perfect all-round performance as he scored 60 runs in 32 balls with the bat, and picked up two wickets with the ball. He helped Punjab win their second match of the season. Chennai had a poor start while chasing a reasonably par total. Ruturaj Gaikwad's poor form continued as he was dismissed for just one run. Overall, Chennai's batting performance was a forgetful one, and they would want to move on from this one.

After the completion of the match, Punjab took to Twitter to mock Chennai. They posted a video with audio of a whistle in the background. "FUll TIME!" read the caption of the tweet. Notably, 'Whistle Podu' is the tagline and the theme song of Chennai. As expected, this did not go down too well for them. The loyal Chennai fans were at their team's rescue and heavily trolled them for mocking Chennai.

A fan hilariously pointed out that it had been very long since Punjab even featured in the playoffs. He pointed out that everything was different at that time. he mentioned how Chennai and Mumbai just had two and one trophy when Punjab last made it to the playoffs.
