Former Indian skipper and batting superstar Virat Kohli enjoys a massive fan following in the cricketing world across the diameter of the globe. Notably, he is also adored very much in the neighbouring country and India’s arch-rivals Pakistan for his amazing cricketing skills and legendary stature in the game.
Recently, in the same line of events, an edited photograph of Virat was shared by a Pakistan-based sports journalist named Farid Khan from his official Twitter handle. Although Farid had to face a huge backlash in the reply section of his tweet on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
“Who edited this? Found it on Twitter, looks really clean but remains just a dream. Virat Kohli's ancestors migrated from Rawalpindi, had they not then it would have been a different story. Meanwhile, Babar's ancestors migrated from Hoshiarpur,” wrote Farid Khan in his tweet with a picture of Virat Kohli edited in Pakistan cricket team’s jersey.
