Rajasthan Royals and Lucknow Super Giants are taking on each other in the 26^th match of the Indian Premier League 2023. Sawai Man Singh Stadium of Jaipur is hosting this fixture between the two top teams in the points table of the current season of the tournament. The hosts’ skipper has asked LSG to bat first after winning the toss.

Meanwhile, the LSG skipper KL Rahul has fallen on the receiving end of harsh criticism from the cricket for his sluggish knock of 39 runs off 32 balls with a poor strike rate of 121.87 including only four boundaries and a six to his name. He fell prey to RR all-rounder Jason Holder on the fourth ball of the 11^th over as Jos Buttler made no mistake in the catch.

Talking about the current action of the match, the Super Giants have scored 109 runs for the loss of four wickets in 15 overs. At the time of filling this copy, Marcus Stoinis and Nicholas Pooran were in the middle for the LSG on the individual scores of 8 and 2 runs respectively.
