Legends League Cricket, to everyone's surprise, turned out to be a very competitive event. With all the retired players giving their all to win the matches till the very last ball, the league has been an entertainer for everyone. The India Maharajas, Asia Lions, and the World Giants have taken everyone to a nostalgic ride.
The Pathan brothers- Yusuf and Irfan- are known for their entertainment on and off the field. They have won many matches for team India, and this time it was India Maharajas that they performed well for.
In the last game of the league stage against World Giants, Yusuf hit a massive six of 95m to Brett Lee. Irfan, sitting in the dugout, had a great reaction to this. He broke into Bhangra in celebration. Maharajas had a chase of 229 to win the match.

Yusuf scored a well made 45, but the Maharajas still had a big task at hand. Naman Ojha continued his good run and scored 95 runs, and Irfan joined him later on. He did well to almost take India through by scoring a half-century. But, after his wicket fell in the last over, there was no one to bat for them. India Maharajas needed 7 runs from Brett Lee's last five balls.
Lee bowled consecutive wide yorkers, and the tailenders could not connect to the ball. He was able to defend 8 runs in the last over. World Giants won the match by 5 runs as India Maharajas were knocked out of the tournament.
