The Caribbean batting prodigy from Guyana, Tagenarine Chanderpaul has amazed everyone with his stunning batting excellence in the first of the two-match Test series against Zimbabwe. Notably, West Indies are currently locking horns with Zimbabwe in the Bulawayo Test, subsequently, the visitors' skipper Kraig Brathwaite won the toss and decided to bat first.

Coming back to the star opener Tagenarine Chanderpaul, he played a sensational knock of 207 runs including 16 boundaries and three sixes to his name. The cricket fans were also left awestruck by this amazing knock from former legendary Caribbean southpaw Shivnarine Chanderpaul’s son and they took to Twitter to lavish praises on Tagenarine.

Speaking of the ongoing first Test between West Indies and Zimbabwe, the visitors posted a big total of 447 runs for the loss of six wickets before declaring the first innings. Apart from Tagenarine’s amazing double Ton, skipper Kraig Brathwaite also played a very crucial knock of 182 runs before falling prey to Wellington Masakadza.

Brandon Mavuta scalped five out of the total six wickets of West Indies. At the time of filling this copy, the hosts had started their first innings and scored 21 runs in 10 overs. Openers Innocent Kaia and Tanunurwa Makoni scalped are there in the middle for Zimbabwe.

Both teams will play the second and last of the tw0-match Test series at the same Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo on Sunday, the 12th of February.
