Reason why PSL is the toughest league in the world.
Players have to play in constant fear of
stale and fungus infested food
Praying for everyone's safety 🤲🏻#PSL | #HBLPSL8

Talking about the action of the first match of the season between Lahore and Multan at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan on Monday; the hosts’ skipper Mohammad Rizwan won the toss and asked Lahore Qalandars to bat first. The opening pair of senior batters Fakhar Zaman and Mirza Baig provided a strong foundation to Lahore with a partnership of 61 runs for the first wicket in 7.2 overs.
Fakhar Zaman scored 66 runs off 42 balls with three fours and five sixes to his name. Whereas, After Fakhar’s dismissal, his opening partner Mirza Baig also contributed with a knock of 32 runs with five boundaries on his credit. Lahore managed to post a total of 175 runs for the loss of six wickets.
Later on, while chasing the target, Multan’s veteran opening pair of Shan Masood and skipper Mohammad Rizwan stitched an amazing partnership of 100 runs in 12.2 overs. Rizwan played an amazing knock of 75 runs with eight boundaries and a six. He was accompanied by Shan Masood, who scored 35 runs with four boundaries.
