India Women's cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues is a rising star in the game. Even though she missed out on the ODI World Cup early this year, she has made a strong comeback. In the recently concluded Commonwealth Games 2022, she was one of the highest run-getters for India. The team bagged the Silver medal after reaching the final of the event.
The Indian cricketer, recently, uploaded a picture, where she could be seen preventing herself from getting stumped in the semifinal game of the CWG 2022. Notably, the way she saved herself was very identical to the way former India men's skipper MS Dhoni did a few years. Apparently, in a T20I game against Australia, the right-hander was about to get stumped. However, he saved himself by stretching his way back to the crease.
This incident has become meme material, over the years, and has been used in a lot of situations. The same posture was re-created by Virat Kohli as well a few years later in a game against the West Indies. However, in his case, it was a Mankad attempt that the former tried to save. Rodrigues has now made a collage image of these incidents and uploaded it on Twitter.

The fans have come up with funny Tweets and memes. Recently, she also credited The Hundred tournament for the turnaround in her career. For the unversed, she played for Northern Superchargers last year and is continuing to do so in the ongoing season.
"The Hundred has been a blessing in my life, honestly. Because last time, I remember playing The Hundred, the previous series for me hadn’t gone really well. I was very low on confidence also. I was not sure if I would make it back to the team again. But then getting to play The Hundred and scoring and doing well.”
Here's how Twitter reacted to Jemimah's post:

You are a blessing Sister... That shot making room to hit a drive over cover is my favourite shot. More power to you. So proud of you!
