Kyle Jamieson was one of the highest buys in the IPL 2021 auction. RCB roped the Kiwi player for a huge amount of INR 15 crores. He became the second-highest-paid cricketer after Chris Morris (INR 16.25 crores). Jamieson is one of the three foreign all-rounders roped in by the three-time finalists. The other two players are Glenn Maxwell and Daniel Christian.
RCB talked about buying back Chris Morris as well
Chris Morris was released ahead of IPL 2021. He was also in RCB’s plan. Hesson mentioned that RCB was planning to bid for him until INR 9 crores. The chairman of RCB, Anand Kripalu, said that if Morris came to them for INR 9 crores, they had to leave Jamieson and Richardson out.
