'More power to you' - Yuvraj Singh meets Rishabh Pant, posts photo with latter on social media

Former India cricketer, Yuvraj Singh met Rishabh Pant on March 16. The latter has to deal with injuries post a nearly-fatal accident on December 30 last year. For the first two months, he didn't leave his hospital bed as he was severely injured. Last month, he uploaded an Instagram about getting some fresh air after a considerable time. Not to forget, he uploaded a video of walking inside a swimming pool.

Meanwhile, Singh visited Pant to check on the latter. The two-time World Cup winner for India, Singh uploaded a picture with Pant on Twitter. He captioned “On to baby steps !!! This champion is going to rise again. Was good catching up and having a laugh. What a guy positive and funny always !! More power to you @rishabpant.”

I have found happiness even in brushing my teeth: Rishabh Pant

Meanwhile, the left-hander, Pant spoke about his routine post the near-fatal accident. He started by saying that he has found happiness even in brushing his teeth.

“Especially after my accident, I’ve found happiness in even being able to brush my teeth every day as well as something like sitting under the sun. While trying to achieve our goals, it seems like we’ve taken the regular things in life for granted. My biggest realisation and message would be that feeling blessed every day is also a blessing, and that’s the mindset I’ve adopted since my setback and being able to enjoy every moment which comes my way is a takeaway I have for myself,” he had said to IANS last month.
