#4 Rohit Sharma- 2070 runs

One of the most successful batters for the Indian team is the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma. He has delivered several outstanding performances in each country he has played in, including England. While most of his 2070 runs have come in white-ball cricket, he also has some great scores in red-ball cricket. He has scored 269 runs in nine T20I matches, 1335 runs in ODIs, and 466 runs in Test matches in England.

His most memorable stint in England was the World Cup 2019. Rohit was the highest run-scorer in the 2019 World Cup, with 648 runs and an average of 81.00 from just nine matches. During the competition, he also struck five centuries. Rohit's first away Test century also came in England in 2021.

The former Indian captain Virat Kohli has had some of his best performances in England. He has scored 2500 runs in these conditions. Virat has scored second-most of his runs in England outside of India. He has scored 180 runs in five T20Is, 1316 runs in 31 ODIs, and 1004 runs in 15 Tests in England (before the rescheduled fifth Test in 2022).

The 33-year-old has scored brilliant runs in England, but India's tour of England in 2018 was his best ever. India got thrashed 4-1 in the Test series, but Virat Kohli was at his best. He scored 593 runs in 10 innings at an average of 59.3. He also hit two centuries in the series.

The former Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar had scored runs all across the globe in his playing days. Outside of India, Sachin Tendulkar had scored second-most of his runs in England. He has 2626 runs in England. While he scored 1575 runs in 17 Test matches in England, he scored 1051 runs in 26 ODI matches.

While the 2011 World Cup-winning player had as many as 17 centuries in England, his best came at the beginning of his career. This also happened to be his maiden international century. He scored 119 runs against England in a Test match at Trent Bridge in 1990.

Rahul Dravid, also known as 'The Wall', was always a reliable batter. In all batting conditions, the Indian team would look to him to rescue them out of a jam. In England, he scored 2645 runs. He scored 1376 runs in 17 Tests and 1238 runs in 32 One-Day Internationals, respectively.

The Indian head coach's best performance in England came in the 2022 test series that ended in a 1-1 draw. In India's first batting innings, Dravid scored 217 runs in 468 balls in the second Test match at the Oval. His outstanding performance at the crease guaranteed that the game finished in a draw.
