The veteran Indian pacer Umesh Yadav made his comeback in Test cricket after waiting for being omitted from the lineup of the first two Tests against Australia. Umesh stunned everyone with his amazing heroics in the ongoing third of the four-match Test series against Australia. Notably, he was not a part of India’s playing XI in the Nagpur and Delhi Tests.
Earlier, in a disheartening piece of news, Umesh lost his father but he fighting against all the odds, he made a stunning comeback on the field and marked his presence with a brilliant spell in the first Australian innings of the ongoing Indore Test.
Umesh scalped three wickets by conceding only 12 runs in five overs with a very decent economy rate of 2.40. He claimed the scalps of Cameron Green, Mitchell Starc, and Todd Murphy.

Talking about the current action of the match, the visitors got all out on the score of 197 runs with a lead of 88 runs in the first innings. Umesh Yadav and Ravichandran scalped three wickets each in the first session of the second day. Earlier on the first day, Ravindra Jadeja scalped four wickets.
At the time of filling this copy, India have scored 20 runs for the loss of one wicket in the second innings. Skipper Rohit Sharma and veteran Test specialist, Cheteshwar Pujara are there in the middle with individual scores of 10 and 3 runs respectively.
