David Warner was one of the most anticipated players of the Indian T20 League mega auction. He was sold to Delhi for 6.25 crores. This was a steal deal as many teams needed a captain in their side, and to get him at just 6.25 crores in gold for Delhi. Warner returns to Delhi after a gap of 8 years. His presence at the top will make a huge difference to the team as he is an attacking player.

Along with cricket, Warner is very active on social media and often posts reels on Indian songs or movies. He made numerous reels on the blockbuster movie Pushpa. Now since he has moved to north from south, he took to Instagram and asked for new reels suggestions. Warner also said that he was excited to meet his new teammates, owners, and coaching staff. He also mentioned the excitement to see the new and old fans of the team.

"Back to where it all began!! Pumped to meet up with my new teammates, owners, and coaching staff. Excited to meet all the new and old fans of Delhi Capitals. I will need some recommendations for some new reels. Also who likes my photoshop," captioned Warner in his Instagram post.

Welcoming David Warner to their team, Delhi's official Twitter handle commented that they have a few reels recommendations for him.

"We’ve got you covered! The languages will change, the entertainment on Reels won’t," Delhi's comment read.

The Australian has over 5400 runs in the tournament at an average of 41.59. He also has 50 half-centuries, which is the most by any player, and four centuries to his name. Warner led the Hyderabad team to a season win in 2016, and Delhi would hope to have the same result this season.
