It has been over two years since Virat Kohli last scored a hundred in any format of the game. The world has been waiting for him to score his 71st century. He last scored a hundred against Bangladesh in a Test match in 2019. Many former cricketers and experts of the game have spoken on Kohli's century drought and feels he should not be pressurized. Kohli has got to the 50 run mark on many occasions but has not converted it to a three-digit scores and the fans and expert are now to getting impatient.
Saeed Anwar, a former Pakistan player is also praying for Virat Kohli to score his next century soon.
In a tweet, Anwar said, "When a hundred comes out of your bat after a long time, it has a different taste. Come on @imVkohli can't wait anymore, just waiting. #ViratKohli GOAT."

Virat Kohli was last seen playing in the 2nd T20 against West Indies. He scored a very positive 52. He looked full of intent and confidence when he walked in to bat. He was then rested for the final match of the series.
Virat will also miss the T20 series against Sri Lanka. However, he will be back for the Test series, and the first match in Mohali will mark his 100th appearance in the whites for India. He will be looking to score a century in this match.
