England are currently busy playing the Test series against Pakistan in Pakistan. After a long gap of 17 years, England have come to Pakistan to play a Test series. However, Ben Stokes and his man registered a famous win in Rawalpindi in the series opener. Now, England will take on the home side in Multan for the second match.
But, ahead of the match, reports have come out that gunshots have been heard outside of England’s team hotel. A reputed journalist shared a tweet and wrote: “Gunshots heard 1km from England's team hotel this morning in Multan. Two rival gangs, it seems. Four arrests were made, and no one was injured. The team's security plans remain unaffected before tomorrow's second Test against Pakistan.”

Fans slammed Pakistan after such reports get circulated all over the internet
Recently, former Prime Minister Imran Khan got involved in a shocking incident in Pakistan on 3 November 2022. He got injured in his own rally in Wazirabad. The incident took place at Zafarali Khan Chowk. According to ARY News, Imran Khan was present during his 'freedom' rally in Wazirabad. But, a bullet hit his leg during that sudden attack and after that, people transferred Imran Khan from the container to a bulletproof vehicle.
During the rally, he was traveling in an open-top vehicle. According to several sources, another leader Faisal Javed also sustained an injury. Apart from them, four others were also injured in the incident. However, several reports suggested that the attacker has been arrested already. So, another such incident ahead of this test match left fans shocked and stunned. Speaking of the first match, England defeated Pakistan by 74 runs. Ollie Robinson won the player of the match award for his performance with both the bat and the ball. In that Test, England also became the first team to score more than 500 runs on Day one while four different batters scored hundreds on that same day.
Here is how fans have reacted to the reports of gunshots near England's team hotel in Pakistan:
Surprising how Pakistani players never get gun shots? Shows terrorism in their country only focused on whites and Hindus.
