Cristiano Ronaldo can make his debut for Al-Nassr against PSG on 19 January
Speaking about PSG, on January 19, they will play a friendly match at King Fahd Stadium. They will interact with their Qatari and MENA fans during this tour, train in the renowned Khalifa Stadium, and participate in a number of activations planned by the Club’s local partners, including Qatar Airways.
However, Cristiano Ronaldo has not made his debut so far for his new club. Ronaldo is currently serving a two-match suspension that the English Football Association imposed in November ahead of the World Cup. He received the suspension for slapping a mobile phone out of a fan’s hand following a game against Everton last April. So, he will make him but in this upcoming friendly before making a debut in a league game against Al Ettifaq on 22 January. On 19 January, PSG will play the friendly against a composite team of players from Al Nassr and Al Hilal.
Hence, it will be a huge opportunity for global football stars to see Messi and Ronaldo facing each other once again. On the other hand, on 9 January 2023, Roberto Martinex became the new Portugal head coach. Regarding Cristiano Ronaldo, he said: “I want to talk to everyone. The list of 26 players from the last World Cup will be my starting point, and Cristiano was part of that list. He has been with the national team for 19 years and deserves the respect of us sitting down and talking. We want to get to know all players, and Cristiano is one of them.”
