Parody Twitter user calls out news channels for false reporting on Babar Azam's text scandal

In recent times, Babar Azam has failed to guide Pakistan to glory in series. Hence, fans have criticized him a lot and some asked to remove him from captaincy. But, on 15 January 2023, the Pakistan skipper got involved in an unwanted controversy. An unknown girl shared some of his private pictures and an alleged voice recording on social media platforms. 

The girl also claimed that she is Babar Azam’s girlfriend and he has cheated on him. So, some fans were in shock after seeing such leaked allegations. Wherever some fans raised their voices against him and urged for justice for the girl. Reports have come out also that girl might be one of his teammate’s girlfriends. But, now a parody Twitter account has claimed that it was completely false and the way media have handled the matter, confused fans.

Fans were in shock after seeing such leaked private chats and images of Babar Azam all over the social media

The parody Twitter account 'Dr. Nimo Yadav' (@niiravmodi) tricked everyone with a 'sexting scandal' involving Pakistan skipper Babar Azam. He posted a video along with a tweet that reads: "Babar Azam sexting with gf of another Pakistan cricketer and promising her that her bf won't be out of the team if she keeps sexting with him is just. I hope Allah is watching all this."

As soon as that tweet went viral, Babar Azam’s scandal became a hot topic in the world. Several new hashtags like #StayStrongBabarAzam, #IStandWithBabarAzam, etc. started trending on Twitter. Some fans raised their voice in support of the Pakistan skipper while some of them were accusing Babar.  In addition to that, the account also said: "What's wrong if Babar Azam is dating 4 girls at a time and promised everyone for the marriage?
