The tragic train accident of Coromandel Express near Odisha’s Balasore district has left the entire nation in a deep state of sorrow and grief. The death toll has crossed the mark of 230 so far and it’s still counting, which is very heart-wrenching for the ones who lost their loved ones, family, parents, and kids.

Meanwhile, a lot of people have also stood up in support and extended their hands of help to the ones who have been affected by this tragic train crash. In the same line of events, former blistering Indian opener Virender Sehwag has wholeheartedly come up with a heart-whelming gesture for the children who lost their parents in this accident.

Sehwag has announced that he will work ahead in providing free education alongside a boarding facility in Sehwag International School for the kids who have lost their parents in this tragedy.

“This image will haunt us for a long time. In this hour of grief, the least I can do is to take care of the education of children of those who lost their lives in this tragic accident. I offer such children free education at Sehwag International School’s boarding facility,” wrote Sehwag in one of the tweets from his official Twitter handle.

Later on, the former World Cup-winning opener also paid tribute to the people who are continuously standing in support of the victims of this train accident in either of the capacities.

“Also salute all the brave men and women who have been at the forefront of the rescue operations and the medical team and volunteers who have been voluntarily donating blood. We are together in this,” he tweeted further.
