PSL 7: Quetta Gladiators vs Peshawar Zalmi – Match 2 – Preview, Playing XI, Live Streaming Details, and Updates

The second match of the PSL season will be played between Quetta Gladiators and Peshawar Zalmi. The previous season for the Quetta Gladiators was one to forget. The team only won two out of the 10 matches that they played, and ended the season at the bottom of the points table. Sarfaraz Ahmed, their captain, was the only performer who made some impact in the season. He did get some support from the younger players but not enough.

Peshawar Zalmi, on the other hand, was a much stronger team and they were able to reach the finals. They played like a team and almost everyone made a contribution. Shoaib Malik and captain WahaB Riaz were the top performers for their team. This time too, these two can help Peshawar Zalmi reach good heights.

Quetta Gladiators will have to rebuild their approach to be better this time. The senior players will have to step up. Peshawar Zalmi would want to continue from where they left off in the last season. They were not crowned champions but they were one of the best performers. The two teams would want to start their campaign on a winning note.

The wicket at the National Stadium is a good one for batters, but since it is an Asian wicket, some turn  can be expected. A score around 175 will be a par score. The teams winning the toss would want to bowl first keeping in mind the dew factor
