Indian head coach Rahul Dravid isn't generally savage while talking to people. Over the years, individuals who have met him have said that he always greets everyone the same way. However, in the recent pre-match press conference before the India-Pakistan clash, he gave a mouth-shutting reply to a journalist. Apparently, a reporter from Pakistan stated that Pakistan pacers have historically troubled the Indian top-order.

The journalist pointed out how former left-arm pacer Mohammad Amir troubled the Indian batters. He also mentioned the performances of the currently injured Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah. On this, Dravid reminded the reporter of how the likes of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have been the highest run-getter in the previous Indo-Pak encounters.

Pakistan reporter: "there was Amir, then there was Shaheen and now it is Naseem troubling Indian top order !"

Rahul Dravid:" Rohit Sharma was top scorer in last Asia cup and ODI Wc and Virat kohli was top scorer in last two matches against them. So, what is your point ?"

India and Pakistan to play each other once again in the ongoing Asia Cup 2022

For the second time in the ongoing tournament, the Asian arch-rivals will lock horns at the Dubai International Stadium. In the first game between both teams, the Men In Blue won in a closely-contested game at the same venue a week ago. That was the Group A encounter and now both teams will play each other in the Super Four in the next few hours as we speak. Pakistan will be looking to return the favour while India would look to continue their dominance.

Ahead of the game, both teams have lost players to injuries. First up, India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was ruled out of the tournament due to a knee injury. On the other hand, Pakistan's Shahnawaz Dahani has been ruled out of the game due to a side strain. There could be a chance that Dahani might play the rest of the tournament.
