The Rajasthan team's social media account is one of the wittiest and most humorous accounts on Twitter. The social media admin is always up for a fun time on Twitter. The admin often trolls players and other teams with some witty Tweets. Kolkata team was on the Rajasthan admin's radar this time around.
The Kolkata team posted a photo of Shreyas Iyer, Nitish Rana, and Umesh Yadav, along with a fourth person. "Jaha 4 yaar mil jaaye!" read the caption of the photo. Responding to this, Rajasthan's Twitter handles hilariously commented, "KKR Admin is that you?"

Both the teams had contrasting seasons in the Indian T20 League 2022. While Rajasthan made it to the final, Kolkata struggled to qualify for the playoffs. The men in purple had a topsy-turvy campaign. They delivered some strong performances, but they suffered a string of losses in the second half of the league stage.
The team led by Shreyas Iyer faced many challenges. The biggest of them was finding the right opening combination. They tried a few different combinations and continued switching them around. Instability in the batting line was on display throughout the season. The two-time champions would have wanted to do a lot better. They finished the season in seventh place with six wins in 14 games.
On the other hand, the Sanju Samson-led team had a terrific season. On the backs of some great performances throughout the season, they were able to reach the final. Unfortunately, they could not continue their form in the most important game and lost to Gujarat by seven wickets. This was the first final appearance for them since their victorious campaign in 2008. They would have preferred to perform better in the final game in order to win the title.
