Former blistering Pakistan all-rounder and skipper, Shahid Afridi are currently at the end of controversy following an incident in the ongoing Legends League Cricket. The incident happened after the conclusion of the Eliminator match of the tournament between Asia Lions and India Maharajas when He gave an autograph to an Indian fan on the Indian flag.

Although a section of fans hailed Afridi for showing a big heart, but some of the fans took it as a disrespect of the Indian flag by the former Pakistan skipper. Social media has been divided into various opinions following this gesture from the 43-year-old.

The video of this moment is also making rounds on social media as soon as it was shared by a Pakistan journalist on the micro-blogging site Twitter. Subsequently, an Indian user also appealed in his tweet for a case against Afridi for disrespecting Indian flag.

Now, Afridi will be in action with the Asia Lions in the final of the Legends League Cricket 2023. Asia Lions under the captaincy of Shahid Afridi will lock horns with World Giants in the title clash of the tournament at the West End Park International Cricket Stadium in Doha.
