RCB's star batsman, AB de Villiers, is excited for the upcoming match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad in Chennai. This is going to be Bangalore's second match of the tournament. Just like last year in UAE, and several seasons before that, AB de Villiers once again helped RCB to win their opening match against Mumbai Indians with his sublime 27-ball 48. Ahead of the big encounter, batting legend AB de Villiers has opened up on the Orange Army. AB de Villiers pointed out that he has always enjoyed playing against the Hyderabad-based franchise. The Proteas batsman also stated that SRH has a nice bowling attack. AB de Villiers was quick to add that SRH bowlers are proficient and smart. The side can be dangerous if allowed to get back in the game.

Royal Challengers Bangalore faced the Hyderabad-based franchise three times last season. RCB won once and lost twice. One of their defeats came in the all-important eliminator match. SRH was able to restrict Bangalore to 131 in the first innings. AB de Villiers had a productive run against SRH. The wicket-keeper batsman managed scores of 51 off 30 balls, 24 off 24, and 56 off 43 in the three matches he played against the Hyderabad-based franchise last year. Overall, in the IPL, the South African has amassed 520 runs in 15 games against SRH. Bangalore will now hope that their star batsman brings his best game to the fore against SRH in Chennai on Wednesday.
