Pakistan skipper Babar Azam has surpassed his Indian counterpart Rohit Sharma in a comparison of runs after 88 Test innings. Notably, Rohit had 3677 runs after 88 innings with an average of 46.54, including 10 centuries and the highest individual knock of 212 runs. Whereas, Babar Azam has now 3778 runs after 88 Test innings with an average of 47.75 with 9 centuries and the highest individual knock of 196 runs.

Meanwhile, this comparison between Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam didn’t go down well with some cricket fans as a user shared it on Twitter. The fans immediately rushed to the comment section and responded with a lot of contrasting reactions.

Talking about Babar Azam, he is currently in action with Pakistan in the ongoing second Test of the two-match Test series against Sri Lanka. On the other hand, Rohit played for India in the recently-concluded two-match Test series where he scored a century and two half-centuries with the ba0t.

Whereas, Babar has failed to impress with the bat in the ongoing two-match Test series against Sri Lanka. He hasn’t scored a big knock of late in the longest format of the game. Coming back to Rohit, he will be in action with Team India in the upcoming three-match ODI series against West Indies. Both teams will play the first ODI tomorrow Thursday, the 27^th of July.

Notably, Rohit and Babar will face off each other in the upcoming high-octane India vs Pakistan clash in Asia Cup 2023. Following the continental tournament, both teams will take on each other in the group match of the ODI World Cup 2023 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
