Rohit Sharma is known to have a great camaraderie with his players whether with Mumbai in the Indian T20 League or with India players. Over the years, he has seen to have pulled pranks or cracked jokes on his players. In the recently concluded T20I series against Australia, Sharma jokingly roughed up Karthik as the latter took a right DRS.
Once again the India skipper had a great moment with Karthik. Apparently, the latter accidentally hit one bail while attempting a run-out. In the eighth over of the Australian innings, Glenn Maxwell tried to steal a second run challenge. He took an eventual accurate throw from Axar Patel which hit the stumps. However, before that, Karthik had hit one bail with his glove.
Even after this, Maxwell was adjudged run-out. For the unversed, the rules say that if one bail is intact, a batter can still be run-out. This doesn't apply to a bowled decision. Meanwhile, after the dismissal, Rohit kissed Karthik on his helmet as the team escaped an embarrassing moment.

India wins the third T20I and the series
The Men In Blue won the toss and elected to bowl first. Australia had a great start as Cameron Green (52 off 21) helped the team reach 62/1 in five overs. After this, they lost five wickets in the middle overs and were reduced to 117/6 in 13.5 overs. Tim David (54 off 27) and Daniel Sams (28 off 20) helped the team reach 186/7.
In reply, Rohit Sharma's men had a poor start as they lost two wickets for 30 runs. Half-centuries from Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav helped their side chase down the target in 19.5 overs. With this, the home side won the three-match series 2-1.
