Sunil Chhetri Documentary: Where to watch the series and everything you need to know

Since FIFA has launched its docuseries on India skipper Sunil Chettri, it has become the talk of the town. In the last couple of days, a lot of Indian fans are talking about how FIFA has respected him. Talking about the India skipper, he is the all-time third-highest goal scorer in international football. He is only behind Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal) and Lionel Messi (Argentina).

It is interesting as India is yet to play the FIFA World Cup. Not to forget, the Blue Tigers are not contesting in the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. Sunil is currently the World's number 68 player. Talking about the series, it highlights his teenage angst, his journey in the game, and the people who supported him.  The name of the series is ‘Kick Off | Captain Fantastic’ which consists of three episodes.

The episodes of the series are shot in Bangalore and Delhi. He grew up in Delhi where his parents still live. Also, he plays for Bengaluru FC in the Indian Super League (ISL). The series was shot in June this year. Since then, the series has been among the most anticipated ones among Indian football fans. It is also said that the series is part of FIFA's regional content initiative.
