It seems like the ODI format is not suiting the star Indian batting sensation and World number one T20I batter Suryakumar Yadav. The Mumbai batter is going through a very miserable run in the ongoing three-match ODI series against Australia. He fell down to the veteran Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc on two consecutive golden ducks in the first and second ODI respectively.

Notably, Yadav has been dismissed the same way in both the first and second ODIs against Starc. He is yet to get off the mark in the white-ball series against the Aussies. This poor display with the bat from Suryakumar Yadav didn’t go down well with a section of the Indian cricket fans; they took to Twitter to brutally troll the 32-year-old on Twitter for two consecutive golden ducks in an all-important ODI series.

Here's how fans reacted:

Talking about the current action of the ongoing Visakhapatnam ODI, the hosts India are currently struggling in a very delicate position after losing half of their team only on the score of 54 runs in 11 overs. At the time of filling this copy, star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and former skipper, Virat  Kohli were there in the middle on the individual scores of 9 and 23 runs respectively.

Mitchell Starc, with his amazing and sensational bowling, has scalped four wickets so far by conceding only 31 runs in 6 overs. Other than him, Sean Abbott has also claimed a wicket to his name by dismissing Hardik Pandya only on an individual score of 1 run.

Currently, India are leading the ODI series by a margin of 1-0 with a five-wicket win in the first of the three-match ODI series against the visitors. This series is very crucial from the men in blue’s point of view as they are heading to the much-anticipated ODI World Cup 2023 later this year in their own backyard.
