I had to cover all the areas and continuously improve: Suryakumar Yadav
Yadav highlighted how Jayawardene told him to pick the gaps when he was batting during the powerplay. He also said that Jayawardene told him to focus on improving his running between the wickets so that his strike rate will also improve. Like a zealous student, Suryakumar Yadav did precisely what he was told and collected the rewards for it. The Mumbai batsman further disclosed that when he started opening, he played all around the ground. Yadav knew that he had to undoubtedly work on his batting as people are always ready to come up with ideas. He signed off by stating that he had to cover all the areas and continuously improve.
