The Board of Control for Cricket in India has finally decided to postponed the 14th season of the Indian Premier League. The Indian cricket board has also stated that they will look to create a safe and secure passage for each and every player to reach home to their loved ones. Meanwhile, BCCI and the IPL are also considering another window to finish off the competition. It has been known that the September window is being speculated to resume the IPL 2021. Overall, 29 games were conducted in the 14th season of the Indian Premier League. Thus, with 31 games remaining, the BCCI will need a small window of around three weeks to complete the tournament.
