India skipper and veteran batter, Rohit Sharma has become the only batter in the history of Test cricket to play most consecutive double-digit scores. He achieved this feat in the ongoing second and last of the two-match Test series against West Indies at the Port of Spain in Trinidad. Rohit played a quick knock of 57 runs off just 44 balls with five boundaries and three sixes to his name.

Following this achievement of the Indian skipper, some cricket fans took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and showered praise on him. Some fans also hailed him for his brilliant batting approach in the second innings of the ongoing Test match against West Indies.

Speaking of the current action of the match at the Port of Spain in Trinidad, India have scored 98 runs for the loss of 1 wicket with a blistering run rate of 8.16 in 12 overs at the time of lunch break. Other than Rohit’s half-century, young opener Yashasvi Jaiswal was also there in the middle on the individual score of 37 runs off 28 balls with 4 boundaries and a six on his credit.
