One of the best players in the recently finished IPL 2023 was Rinku Singh. When the management of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) squad decided to support Rinku over some more experienced players, there was a lot of backlash at first, but Rinku's great IPL 2023 performances helped them vindicate their decision.

2) Wedding Invite

After KKR's victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL 2023, Rinku Singh spoke with Star Sports and revealed more about his relationship with Shah Rukh Khan. Singh revealed that Khan had promised to attend his wedding once he got married. Rinku said, "Sir (Shahrukh) had called me after that game. He was talking about my marriage. He said 'People call me to their marriages but I don't go. But I will definitely come to your marriage' (laughs)." 

Khan admitted to Rinku that while he doesn't attend every wedding to which he is invited, he would undoubtedly attend Rinku's wedding because Rinku was a fan.

3) Baap of everyone

Shah Rukh Khan reacted to a follower who asked him to give one word for Rinku Singh, the "KKR ka baccha" (KKR's small baby), during his latest #AskSRK session on Twitter. Khan responded as he quickly corrected the fan: "Rinku is Baaapppp!! Not bacha a!!"

Khan made it clear that Rinku was no more a little child but a "baap" (big dad) who annihilates the bowlers of the rival side. This response demonstrates how much Khan adores the Uttar Pradesh left-handed batter.
