World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is now being sold after Endeavor Group, the firm that owns Ultimate Fighting Championship, purchased the organisation (UFC). WWE and UFC will now be together. A new corporation will then be created after that. WWE shareholders will have a 49 percent stake in the new firm, giving Endeavor a 51 percent ownership stake. WWE and UFC are valued at roughly INR 7,64,33 crores and INR 9,94,43 crores, respectively, in the deal. Eleven persons will make up the board of the combined business, six of them will be hired by Endeavor and five by WWE. The name of the combined business will be revealed later.

Ari Emmanuel, the current CEO of Endeavor, will be in charge of leading both Endeavor and the new business, with Vince McMahon serving as executive chairman. Both the UFC and the wrestling industries will continue to be led by Dana White and WWE CEO Nick Khan, respectively. Notwithstanding their disparities in substance and culture, the combined firm will bring together two of the largest sports entertainment companies in the world. While WWE has planned matches and soap opera-like plotlines, UFC features brutal mixed martial arts battles that are true to form.

Will we see UFC fighters in WWE?

One day after WWE's biggest live event, WrestleMania, in California, the merger was officially announced. Throughout the duration of the company's lengthy buyer search, McMahon took a leave of absence in December and returned to his position as chairman in January. The market value of WWE has climbed to more than INR 5,58,05 crores as a result of this year's growth in the share price of more than 33%.

The family enterprise will come to an end with WWE after Mazarr. Around the middle of the 20th century, McMahon's father established this business. Throughout the past 40 years, WWE has improved its reputation around the world. Stars like Hulk Hogan, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Ric Flair, Batista, and John Cena were all created by the firm. Conor McGregor, Jon Jones, Islam Makhachev, and other UFC superstar fighters might be seen in the WWE ring if the company merges with WWE Endeavor, giving shareholders greater power.
