Tributes have been flowing in from all corners for late Shane Warne, who passed away at the age of 52 due to suspected heart-attack, leaving the sporting fraternity stunned. In another recent event, George Blackwood, Adelaide United Striker also paid his tributes to the legendary cricketer.
In the third minute of a League-A match between Adelaide United and the Newcastle Jets, George Blackwood scored a goal to take the lead for the Adelaide team. He then celebrated the goal with a special tribute to the late Australian cricketer, Shane Warne .
Blackwood caught the ball after it hit the back of the net and bowled it overarm towards the corner flag. Blackwood was trying to emulate Shane Warne.
He revealed later on that he admired Shane Warne growing up. "I loved Shane Warne growing up. I bowled leggies so a bit of a tribute to him," Blackwood said at half-time of the match.

Shane Warne passed away on the 4th of March while he was on a vacation with his friends in Thailand. He was found dead at his villa in Thailand. He is suspected to have suffered a heart attack. The 52-year old was one of the greats to have represented the game.
He will be given a state funeral on the 30th of March at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The Federal and Victorian governments will make all the arrangements for his funeral. Meanwhile, his body has been sent to Australia after the completion of his autopsy in Thailand. The results confirmed his death by natural means.
