Many professional cricketers have come across this during their transit in India. Meanwhile, the new entrant to the list is Afghanistan spinner, Rashid Khan.
The leggie who is currently playing for the Gujarat Titans in the ongoing Indian Premier League 2023, joined a group of teenagers to play Gully cricket. The 24-year-old spin wizard was seen having fun with the fans and playing a few deliveries with them. In a casual dress, an Afghan cricketer was spotted with a bunch of teenagers. As soon as his video went viral on social media people started praising him for the kind gesture.
A Twitter user posted his video with the caption, "Rashid Khan playing street cricket with the Indian fans. One of the most humble characters of the game." Notably, Rashid is currently leading GT in the league. He has cliched 15 wickets in nine innings in the ongoing tournament. However, in their last game against Delhi Capitals, he dismissed a wicket in the low-scoring game.

Delhi Capitals beat Gujarat Titans while defending 130
In their last game against Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Delhi Capitals beat the hosts by five runs. In the low-scoring game, DC posted 130/8 while batting first. Youngster Aman Hakim Khan scored 51 runs off 44 balls with the help of three sixes and as many boundaries. Mohammed Shami shined with the bowl for GT as he clinched four wickets, Rashid Khan took a wicket too.
Chasing 131, GT got a shaky start as they failed to handle the pressure. They lost four wickets for just 32 runs in 6.4 overs. After that skipper Hardik Pandya along with Abhinav Manohar and Rahul Tewatia tried to rescue his team. He scored unbeaten 59 runs off 53 balls with the help of seven boundaries. However, he failed to clinch the game as DC beat them by 5 runs.
