Babar Azam took the catch of Regis Chakabva in the 20-20 World Cup 2022

Speaking of the video, the incident took during the 14th over. Shadab Khan was bowling in that over. For Zimbabwe, Regis Chakabva was batting. On the last delivery of that over, Chakabva tried to nudge it offside. Shadab bowled a beautifully flighted delivery outside of the off stump. But, the Zimbabwe wicketkeeper managed to get an edge only.

But, Babar Azam produced brilliance in the field while standing in the slips. He managed to grab it with one hand, thanks to his superb reflexes. Speaking of the match, Zimbabwe managed to score 47 runs for two wickets in the first six overs. They reached the 50-run mark in 7.1 overs. Their openers showed counter-attacking approach against the top-bowling lineup of Pakistan.

However, they are currently struggling at 100 runs in 15.3 overs by losing seven wickets. Mohammad Wasim Jr. has taken three wickets for 14 runs in three overs so far. Along with him, Shadab Khan has also taken three wickets for 23 runs in four overs. Speaking about Babar, he had a bad outing against the men in Blue. He failed to open his account against them as he got out on the first delivery against Arshdeep Singh. Haris Rauf has also taken a wicket in his two overs so far by conceding three runs only.
