On 20 November, the FIFA World Cup 2022 began on 20 November in Qatar. The host nation, Qatar took on Ecuador in the tournament opener in Al Bayt stadium. All Qatar fans were hoping to see great form from the home side. But, they failed to do so as Ecuador defeated Qatar with a scoreline of 2-0.
It was a great start for Ecuador and their fans as they managed to gather all three points. But, now, a video has gone viral where a fan of Ecuador was seen having a verbal argument with a fan of Qatar. Fans found the video interesting as they shared the same on social media platforms.

Enner Valencia scored a brace for Ecuador against Qatar
Speaking of the video, one Ecuador fan was seen signaling something related to money with his hands during the match. Behind him, some Qatar fans were there who did not like that. One Qatar fan was seen becoming angry and he shouted: “Shut up and sit there.” However, nothing serious happened as both of them were seen in a lighter mood after some time.
Later another video went viral where the Qatar fan was seen introducing and greeting the Ecuador fan. The Qatar fan said: “This is Peter. He is from Ecuador. He is here to watch the match today. In the end bro, we are here to watch the beautiful game.” Then, the Ecuador fan also said: “Yes. Passion sometimes makes people obsessed. But, we come together here for sports. Sports need people together. So, we are very friendly to each other. I wish Qatar all the best and It’s been a beautiful World Cup so far. You guys are so so friendly. I love you.”
Speaking of the match, Ecuador skipper Enner Valencia scored a brace and won the game for his country against Qatar. However, with that loss, Qatar became the first host nation to lose the opening game in the history of the FIFA World Cup.
