Team India locked horns with the Netherlands on 27 October 2022 in Sydney. The Men in Blue began their 20-20 World Cup campaign on 23 October against Pakistan. They won the match by four wickets. So, they were looking to continue their momentum in the ongoing tournament. Speaking of the match, Rohit Sharma won the toss and choose to bat first.
India batted well and scored 179 runs for two wickets in 20 overs. Virat Kohli continued his good form with the bat from the last match. But, an interesting incident took place in the stands as the video went viral on the internet.

Netherlands batters were struggling at 27 runs for two wickets in the first six overs against India
Speaking of the video, the incident took place during the seventh match of the Netherlands innings. Hardik Pandya was bowling for India. For the Dutch, Bas de Leede and Colin Ackermann were batting. But after the completion of teh first delivery, a fan was seen proposing to his girlfriend in the stands. Even, the girl accepted it as the couple looked absolutely happy. Other fans were also happy to such an incident out of no where during the match.
Fans loved it as the video went viral. Speaking of the match, KL Rahul failed again as he scored nine runs off 12 balls. But, the skipper Rohit Sharma scored 53 runs off 39 balls, including four boundaries and three sixes. Then, Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav stitched a solid partnership of 95* runs. For the Dutch, two bowlers only managed to take a wicket each against the Men in Blue.
Virat Kohli scored 62* runs off 44 balls, including two fours and three sixes. Meanwhile, Suryakumar Yadav also scored 51* runs off 25 balls, including seven fours and one six. Suryakumar Yadav batted at a strike rate of 204. Thus, India scored 179 runs in 20 overs after losing only two wickets. In reply, Indian bowlers started well. The Netherlands managed only 51 runs in 10 overs by losing three wickets.
