India kicked off their 20-20 World Cup 2022 campaign with a win over Pakistan in Melbourne. Fans were eagerly waiting for that clash as India lost to Pakistan in the last edition of the World Cup. But, Indian players did not disappoint their fans as they managed a four wickets victory over the arch-rivals.
Almost 90 thousand fans attended that mega clash at MCG. So, after that classic win over Pakistan, fans were jubilant in the stands. But, a video went viral where all Indian fans were seen singing the famous Bollywood song “Chak De India.” Fans loved the scenario as they shared the same on social media platforms.

Speaking of the video, all fans were looking very happy after the win over Pakistan by India. Then, fans were seen singing the “Chak De India” song to acknowledge the victory. At one stage in time, India were not looking to win the match. But, Virat Kohli managed to win the match from the jaws of Pakistan.
Speaking of the match, India won the toss and asked the Men in Green to bat first. Pakistan scored 159 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs. Iftikhar Ahmed scored 51 runs off 34 balls, at a strike rate of 150. He hit two fours and four sixes. Along with him, Shan Masood also scored 52* runs off 42 balls, including five boundaries. For India, both Arshdeep Singh and Hardik Pandya took three wickets each in the match.
In reply, Indian batters were in trouble after losing four wickets for 31 runs only. Then, Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya came up with a solid partnership of 113 runs. Hardik scored 40 runs off 37 balls. On the other hand, Virat Kohli scored 82* runs off 53 balls, including six fours and four sixes. Thus, India managed to win the match over Pakistan by four wickets as they started the World Cup with a win at MCG.
