England is currently taking on New Zealand in the third match of their Test series. Former English captain Joe Root has been in an exceptional form throughout the series, having scored two hundreds in the series already. He has continued his sublime form in the third Test match as well.

In England's second innings, Root played one of the most unorthodox shots in the 22nd over. Neil Wagner pitched the ball slightly fuller and outside the off-stump. Root picked up early and switched his batting stance to reverse scoop the ball for six in the third-man region. Even the bowler was taken aback by this stroke and was seen chuckling afterwards. A video of Root's shot has gone viral on the internet.
