Lionel Messi has already had a great outing in the USA. He has already scored five goals in three matches for Inter Miami, the World Cup winner was seen lashing a few words at an Orlando player as the two teams made their way to the players' tunnel at the DRV PNK Stadium, during half-time.
Messi scored his fourth and fifth goals for Inter Miami, who defeated Orlando City 3-1 in a League Cup knockout game on Wednesday night. Both of his goals were well-executed, with the Argentine finding space in the box and firing volleys past the goalie, first with his left boot and then with his right.

Lionel Messi verbal spat with Cesar Araujo
However, in a tough and swift match, Messi displayed an intensity and mindset that the Argentine seldom displays. Orlando tried a new strategy to thwart Messi, who has scored in every match since his Miami debut. The Argentina captain had his share of fouls but also dealt them out, earning a yellow card for a purposeful kick at an opponent in fury.
After hip-checking midfielder Cesar Araujo, it was a dangerous move for a player already on a yellow card Messi was spotted lightly bumping Araujo in the hallway as the teams proceeded to their locker rooms for halftime. This was not the first time Messi was targeted by opposition defenders but this time, it have gone worsen and got on his nerves.
The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner was frustrated at times throughout the game. Another video captured Messi exchanging heated words with Orlando's Felipe Martins in the 83rd minute, needing to be separated by Miami striker Leonardo Campana. It continued till the end of the match.
Fans have seen this type of anger in the Argentina forward previously, in the fiery clash between Argentina and Netherlands at the Qatar World Cup. The 36-year-old lost his cool multiple times in that heated and bad-blooded match, where players from both sides committed multiple fouls, and get bookings.
Miami will now begin preparing for their quarterfinal match against FC Dallas in the Leagues Cup on Sunday.
